What the heck is “floral formal” attire?
What we mean by “floral formal” is vibrant colors and bold patterns—think floral print dresses, patterned shirts/ties/sport coats, and garden-inspired accessories.
Your comfort is most important to us, but we encourage light fabrics and bright colors to match the festive spirit of the occasion and keep you cool in the early September heat.

Speaking of weather, what will it be like?
The Russian River Valley in early September is typically warm, with temperatures often reaching the high 70s to low 80s°F (25-28°C). In the direct sun, it can get pretty hot. Expect cooler temperatures in the evening when we will be having dinner on the patio. Bringing a light jacket or wrap is recommended.
If you plan to travel to San Francisco, keep in mind that the weather there can be much cooler due to the fog, especially in the evenings. Layers are key for staying comfortable!
Are children invited?
Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only affair. We understand that you may want to travel with your children—if you would like to hire a babysitter, we recommend looking into Joanna's Nannies for wedding evening childcare.

When is the RSVP deadline?
We love the enthusiasm! For early-bird RSVPs, please reply as soon as you’re aware of a conflict. Our final RSVP deadline will be set closer to our event. Please check back!
